Strathmore University signed an MoU with the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland on Tuesday, 10th June 2014 which will foster the exchange of students and faculty from both universities.
Prof. Izael Da Silva DVC, Strathmore University praised the partnership and thanked the University of St. Gallen for collaborating with the university and emphasized on the need for similar partnerships to improve the quality of education at the university.
The University of St. Gallen has an excellent reputation with top international rankings and accreditations. It also has a long history of research and the largest economics faculty in Central Europe.
This partnership will enable the University of St. Gallen to be more active in the region and we are very excited to partner with Strathmore University because it has an international potential and its history, said Dr. JurgenBrucker – Head of External Relations & Development.
The exchange of students and faculty is set to begin in 2014.
