Strathmore University Business School is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Emma Crompton as a Seed Consultant at Stanford Seed effective 1st April 2020. The Stanford Seed transformation programme partners with entrepreneurs in emerging markets to build thriving enterprises that transform lives. This comes after her recent appointment in February 2020 as the Lead People Consultant and Executive Coach at EFA People Consulting based in Nairobi.
Emma was previously a HR Consultant and prior to consulting, she worked at CAFOD (an International NGO) as an International HR Advisor in Nairobi. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CDI Africa and ICF) and a Facilit8 SDRC Mediator.
She is a member of the HR Institute of Management in Kenya, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK (CIPD) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a Masters in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster in London-UK, studied at IESE Business School in Barcelona- Spain and Rutgers University in New Jersey, USA.
