Nigerian High Commissioner Hosted by AMP 2013 Class

Nigeria High Commissioner to Kenya, H.E. Solomon Oyateru and former CEO of KCB, Dr. Martin Oduor-Otieno were the key guests invited to grace a networking cocktail on Friday, 20th September 2013. The cocktail was held in honor of LBS’ Chief Executive Program (CEP) participants after completing a week-long joint module with fellow Kenyan CEOs and Managing Directors of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in the third module of the program themed ‘Leading Innovation and Change’.

In attendance were also AMP alumni and other key business people.

About H.E. Solomon Oyateru

Ambassador Solomon Oyateru is the Nigerian High Commissioner to Kenya and holds a B.Sc. in Political Science and a Master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the Universities of Ife and Lagos respectively.

He joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nigeria in 1980 and has since been deployed to various Departments at the Ministry Headquarters including Protocol, Africa, International Organisations, Policy Planning among others.

He was one time Director of the Asia & Pacific Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nigeria and was the immediate past Minister/Head of Political Affairs Section of the Nigeria High Commission, London, UK.
