Leadership, Innovation and Human Capital for a Sustainable Development

Dr. George Njenga, Dean, Strathmore Business delivered a lecture on Leadership, Innovation and Human Capital for a Sustainable Development” during the innovation and lecture series, “A growing Africa – To and Fro”.

Through a collaboration between Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM), a nonprofit research center and think tank focused on fostering a better understanding of sustainable development and Fondazione Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, one of the major European centers for research and documentation in the fields of historical, political, economic and social science: These lecture series  are organised with the aim of addressing some of the relevant challenges of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Africa.

Dr. Njenga discussed conclusively, African economies, the challenges in stabilising these economies, the new generation of Leaders, Business Ethics and models of cooperation towards achieving the 2030 agenda goals and the role of western countries, especially Europe, in supporting the change in African Leadership.
