With nearly three decades of experience, Sheetal Shah has been the beacon guiding individuals towards unlocking their potential and achieving extraordinary personal and professional growth. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an aspiring Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), Sheetal embodies a commitment to excellence in coaching that transforms lives and propels careers.
Sheetal’s approach to coaching is profoundly personalized and deep. She tailors her methods to each client’s unique needs, integrating a diverse range of techniques to maximize effectiveness. With certifications from the ICF accredited schools, she has been a PCC from 2016 to current and is currently applying for the MCC designation. Her coaching philosophy revolves around customizing her approach rather than adhering to a one-size-fits-all method. Starting with the Forton Group leadership coaching model, she seamlessly incorporates elements of Theory U, Deep Coaching, and Active Coaching as needed. Sheetal is also proficient in various coaching models, including OSKAR, ACHIEVE, GROW, and FUEL.
Sheetal’s coaching toolkit is extensive. She employs techniques like NLP, EFT, Gestalt-based floor work, Visualization, Scaling, Motivational Interviewing, Action Learning, and Appreciative Inquiry. Her sessions often begin with grounding exercises to increase awareness and access intuition, guiding clients to discover their own unique insights and solutions. Beyond the models and techniques, the real gift of coaching with Sheetal comes from her deep presence and her ability to truly see each client and get to the heart and root of the person being coached.
Specializing in leadership coaching, transition coaching, career development, and mindset coaching, Sheetal works with a wide range of professionals. Her clientele includes C-suite executives, VP-level leaders, senior managers, and emerging leaders across diverse industries such as pharma, telecommunications, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, NGOs, UN agencies, international development, media and entertainment, health, airlines, technology, oil and gas, and education.
Sheetal’s coaching journey is rich with experience. Coaching informally since 1995 and formally since 2002, she has completed over 1000 coaching engagements and accumulated more than 3500 hours of coaching. She holds a Master’s in Coaching and Consulting for Change from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and continuously updates her skills through annual development courses. Her international experience spans Africa, Europe, North and South America, and Asia, working with diverse clients, including CEOs, senior managers, small and growing business enterprises, government bodies, and NGOs.
Notable achievements in Sheetal’s career include supporting the CFO of a regional manufacturing firm in developing a succession plan and transitioning to a global CEO role, helping a CEO in the public health sector build a supportive leadership style, assisting an MD in a national mineral plant with communication strategies, and guiding senior managers at a regional telco in expanding their leadership presence. She has also worked extensively with the World Bank Group, coaching on career transitions and executive presence, and supported African financial institution CEOs in innovation and financial inclusion initiatives. Her work with women leaders in international banks has been pivotal in their leadership development.
Sheetal offers a wide range of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching, leadership development programs, “Search Inside Yourself” workshops, and awareness and mindset workshops. Her impact is reflected in glowing testimonials from her clients, who appreciate her thoughtful, challenging, and deeply insightful coaching style.
