The Women Directors Leadership Programme, Class of 2022, had the last Module of their Programme at the Amboseli National Park earlier this month. The week-long Programme consisted of class sessions, board simulations. Some of the topics covered included: data driven decision making, AI and the board, board vulnerabilities and crisis leadership among many others. The Module culminated in a game drive and bush dinner.
This Module served as the final Module of the Programme before graduation which is slated for 2nd December 2022.
The Women Directors Leadership Programme is an incisive programme that aims at moving the focus from why women should be on boards and C-Suite positions to how they should perform for both board and leadership excellence. This Programme is ideal for women at C-suite level, Executive Committee, and the Board level with at least 2 years board experience; who want to develop reflectively and intentionally, self -mastery skills & skills on effectively leading high-performance teams and serving on boards with personal excellence.
