Kenya SBDC Enters Partnership with the Mombasa County Government

On Friday, March 31, 2023, Strathmore University USAID’s Kenya Small Business Development Centers Program team signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the County Government of Mombasa.

This partnership will foresee each party involved in co-creating activities to strengthen support of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Mombasa County. Mombasa County is one of the Prosper Counties implementing the Kenya Small Business Development Centers program.

In attendance on behalf of the Governor were the County Secretary, Mr Jeizan Faruk; the County Attorney, Mr Jimmy Waliaula; CECM Tourism, Culture and Trade, Mr Mohamed Osman and the Director, Ease of doing business Ms Swabra Abdulrahman.
