Meet Susan W. G. Ngula, a distinguished banker with over two decades of rich and diverse experience in leadership and management roles. Susan’s professional journey has taken her across continents, granting her a profound understanding of cultural diversity and the intricate corporate landscape.

Leveraging her extensive corporate background, Susan is a coaching guru  specializing in the intricate world of business. Her coaching prowess encompasses:

She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a credential issued by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and demonstrates that she has achieved over 500 hours of client coaching, over 125 hours of coach specific education, passed a coaching exam and received over 10 hours of mentor coaching. An ICF Credential demonstrates commitment to the coaching industry and developing oneself as a coaching professional.

Susan has been an active member of the International Coaching Federation Kenya Chapter and served in the board for 4 years and was the Chapter President in 2019.

Susan is not just a professional; she’s a devoted wife and mother to 4 adult children. Her passions extend to her faith, family, and her relentless commitment to societal betterment. She embraces a well-rounded life enriched by reading, culinary creations, fitness pursuits, global exploration, and the occasional indulgence in retail therapy. Susan views coaching as being aligned to her faith as we were promised an abundant or full life, which can only be achieved if we are intentional in living our purpose.
