Strathmore University Business School wishes to congratulate Justin Mollel on his recent appointment as the Chief Finance Officer at Diageo Ghana.
Prior to his appointment, Justin served as the Finance Director at Serengeti Breweries, Tanzania, a subsidiary of Diageo. His key areas of expertise include: business performance management, financial reporting, risk and change management, auditing, performance and stakeholder management.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Dar es Salaam and an MBA in Business Administration and Management – Finance from the same university. He is also an alumnus of the CEO Apprentice Programme, Tanzania.
The CEO Apprentice Programme is offered by SBS in partnership with the CEO Roundtable Tanzania (CEOrt) and is designed for top and experienced leaders from both public and private sectors and who are looking to move into senior management. This Programme is a 12-month Programme that aims to train the next crop of competent and experienced leaders who are ready to take on CEO positions and other top leadership positions.
