On Thursday, 17th April 2025, Strathmore University Business School proudly celebrated the graduation of CEOs and senior leaders from Jubilee Holdings Limited, who successfully completed the CEO High-Flyer and Senior Leadership Programme, respectively.
The CEO High-Flyer Programme brought together Jubilee Group CEOs from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Burundi for an intensive 11-month leadership journey. This high-impact programme was designed to sharpen strategic foresight, strengthen executive presence, and cultivate systems thinking, all while fostering cross-cultural collaboration and ethical decision-making at The Senior Leadership Programme on the other hand focused on equipping senior managers with the tools and mindset necessary to lead effectively in today’s dynamic environment. The curriculum emphasized navigating complexity, driving high-performance cultures, and shaping resilient, future-ready organizations.
Speaking during the graduation ceremony, Dr. Caesar Mwangi, Executive Dean of Strathmore University Business School, reaffirmed the critical role of values-based leadership on the continent: “Ethical leadership is the cornerstone of Africa’s transformation. We must all work together to co-create our African solutions.”
Also in attendance, Jubilee Group Board Chair, Zul Abdul who commended the participants for embracing continuous learning and successfully completing the programmes amidst their demanding schedules.
