Congratulations to the 42 Catholic Sisters who recently graduated from the Social Enterprise Programme – Zambia. The graduation, which was held on Tuesday, 28th March 2023, served as a culmination of the successful completion of the Social Enterprise Programme; Start-Up & Growth Modules which began in 2022.

A day prior to graduation, the Sisters successfully pitched their various projects to their fellow classmates and faculty members. The projects are aimed at addressing some of the social challenges in Zambia as well as enable the sisters to build financially sound and sustainable enterprises in their congregations.

The Sisters graduating were drawn from 14 different congregations in Zambia forming part of the Association of Consecrated Women in Eastern and Central Africa (ACWECA).

The Social Enterprise Programme – Zambia, is one of the Programmes run under the Sisters Blended Value Project (SBVP) which is sponsored by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and implemented by Strathmore Business School (SBS) and Association of Consecrated Women in Eastern and Central Africa (ACWECA).
