Lillian is a proud alumna of Strathmore University’s Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management program. Her academic journey combined solid theoretical learning with practical experience, equipping her to adapt to the evolving landscape of supply chain and operations. While at Strathmore, Lillian also made notable contributions in sports, representing both the University and the Kenya national hockey team. Her dedication and performance earned her the title of Sportswoman of the Year 2024.
Lillian currently works at GoBeba, a growing e-commerce and logistics company, where she leads category management initiatives and supports pricing strategy. Her skills in data analytics and reporting have supported key business decisions, improved product assortment, and enhanced visibility into performance. Through the learning of Strathmore University under the Bsc. in supply chain and operations management, Lilian has helped GoBeba strengthen its market position, build better supplier partnerships, and deliver more value to customers.
Outside of work, Lillian is passionate about sports, youth development, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Her background as an athlete continues to shape her approach to teamwork and discipline. She is actively involved in efforts that support young people through mentorship, education, and opportunities for growth in both professional and personal life.
