Last month, we trained 12 new managers from ENIMIRO Uganda in a customized Programme. Sponsored by The Wood Foundation Africa, this training Programme marked the second of its kind in the East African region, following a successful cohort in Rwanda earlier this year.
Dubbed the ENIMIRO Uganda – New Managers Development Programme, this training was tailor-made for the new managers with the aim to transform them into exceptional leaders equipped to handle cross-functional leadership roles. By focusing on both personal and professional development, the programme prepared participants to drive organizational success and navigate complex business environments with confidence.
The Programme content focused on best leadership practices, with a particular focus on the Clarity 4D framework. This innovative approach provided the participants with deeper insights into their leadership styles and how to effectively communicate and lead diverse teams. Further, the Programme covered a range of topics such as: emotional intelligence, leading self and others, building and leading high performing teams, effective decision making and effective communication for managers among others.
