The programme aims to equip participants with the knowledge, leadership capabilities, and practical tools required to effectively lead healthcare logistics and supply chain functions.

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

Key Outcomes

Participants will leave the programme equipped to design, lead, and continuously improve healthcare logistics systems that ensure the reliable availability of medicines and medical supplies while strengthening organisational performance and improving patient outcomes.

Mode of Delivery

Delivered through a blend of facilitator-led sessions (joint SBS and MEDS faculty), case studies, industry-voice panel discussions, practical/applied sessions, and an applied capstone project, with daily case preparation and reflection built into the schedule.

Phase 2: 4–6 November 2026 (3 Days)
