Empowering Catholic Sisters in “Transforming Social Ministries into Sustainable Social Enterprises”.

Start Programme

Eligibility Requirement:

  • Sisters selected for this programme must NOT have participated in any of the Social Entrepreneurship Programs in 2022 and 2024 at Strathmore University Business School.
  • The congregation must be registered members of the Associations (TCAS, ZAS, AOSK, ARU, AWRIM)
  • The sisters’ social ministry/apostolate must have been in operation for 0 to 3 years. If the social ministry/apostolate is in existence, it must have at least 4 employees actively engaged in the enterprise.
  • The enterprise should have a maximum annual revenue of USD 5,000.

Our next cohort begins in May 2025.

Advance Programme

Eligibility Requirement:

  • Sisters selected for this programme must NOT have participated in any of the Social Entrepreneurship Programmes in 2022 and 2024 at Strathmore University Business School.
  • The congregation must be registered members of the Associations (TCAS, ZAS, AOSK, ARU, AWRIM)
  • The sisters should have a social ministry/apostolate that has been in operation for more than 3 years. The social ministry/apostolate must have at least 5 employees or more actively engaged in the enterprise.
  • The enterprise should generate annual revenue of USD 7,000 or more.
  • The social ministry/apostolate must be a registered entity with approved audited financial documents for transparency and accountability.

Our next cohort begins in May 2025.

Alumni Bootcamp

Eligibility Requirement:

  • Sisters selected for this programme must have completed the Sisters Blended Value Project (SBVP) programmes in 2022 and 2024 Strathmore University Business School.
  • The congregation must be registered members of the Associations (TCAS, ZAS, AOSK, ARU)

Our next cohort begins in May 2025.
