Eligibility Requirement:

Sisters selected for this programme must have completed the Sisters Blended Value Project (SBVP) programmes in 2022 and 2024 Strathmore University Business School.

The congregation must be registered members of the Associations (TCAS, ZAS, AOSK, ARU, AWRM)


Our next cohort begins in May 2025.

SBVP is implemented by Strathmore University Business School in partnership with ACWECA and supported by the Hilton Foundation. The project aims to transform Catholic sisters’ social ministries to sustainable social enterprises.

Programme Objective

You are invited to join the SBVP- Alumni Boot Camp where you will deepen your skills, gain fresh insights, access business advisory, and connect with fellow social enterprise leaders. Join us for an exclusive opportunity to elevate your impact.

Target Participants

This programme is ideal for Catholic sisters who:

  • Have completed the Start-Up, Growth, or Scale social enterprise programmes with Strathmore Business School.
  • Are currently leading or managing social ministries/apostolates within their congregations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and a desire to innovate within their enterprises.

Admission Criteria

Participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Programme Completion: Must have previously completed the Start-Up, Growth, or Scale social enterprise programmes at Strathmore University Business School.
  • Currently leading or managing a social ministry/apostolate that they presented during the programme.
  • Ability to commit to the entire duration of the boot camp, including pre-boot camp assignments and post-boot camp follow-up activities.
  • A letter of support from their congregational leadership showing endorsement of their participation and potential impact on the community.
  • Must be willing to undertake an Institutional Capacity Assessment Tool (ICAT) to evaluate the current state of their social ministry/ apostolate and identify areas for growth.
  • Must have access to a laptop or smartphone to enable participation in online classes and complete assignments
  • Applicants must be registered members of the Associations (TCAS, ZAS, AOSK, ARU)
