On Friday, 13th January 2023, Strathmore University Business School (SBS) hosted 16 students from New York University – Abu Dhabi as part of their global strategy business class.
The visiting students are undertaking majors in African Studies, Social Research and Public Policy and Business, Organizations and Society.
The visit culminated with a panel discussion that included:
- Dr Damaris Nduta Wachira- Mbui, Head of the Physical and Industrial Section, Department of Chemistry at the University of Nairobi
- Elisha Bwatuti, Program Coordinator, Kenya Small Business Development Centers (Kenya SBDC)
- Mr Cliff Nyakundi, Africa Regional Manager, Hult Prize Foundation
- Alfred Gathogo, Faculty Member, SBS.
The panellists addressed four key topics; global business, the SME ecosystem, entrepreneurship in business and entrepreneurial development.
The Strathmore University International Exchange Programme is part of our value proposition to provide rich exposure to the students and staff internationally hence equipping them with quality experiences.
