SBS Trains Senior Managers from the Absa Group in a Leadership Development Programme

From October 5th 2022,  we have been training 22 senior managers from the Absa Group in a customised Programme dubbed the Absa Leadership and Management Essentials Programme.  The Participants trained  in this Programme were pulled from Absa Group banks in South Africa, Botswana and Uganda.

This training Programme aims to develop and equip leaders and managers to manage themselves and their co-workers. The programme is set up to improve a leader’s management skills at all levels and functions of an organization and is intended for managers or leaders as a tool for skills and strategies of management to drive superior organizational results. The programme was delivered online and it included case study discussions and a combination of interactive lectures.
