Between 1st to 4th November 2022, we trained 15 middle level managers in the Developing Leadership Capabilities Programme. The participants trained were pulled from different sectors and industries across Kenya.
The Programme aimed to challenge long held views on leadership and provide an alternative for virtuous leadership. This Developing Leadership Capabilities Programme is about leadership and challenges the participants to shift their mindset in how they see themselves and others.
It further aids participants in discovering their potential and talents through a personality assessment and the knowledge acquired throughout the Programme.
