
Between 26th to 28th September 2022 we trained 45 senior managers from the Old Mutual Group in a corporate governance customised Programme dubbed The Old Mutual Board Readiness Programme.
The Participants trained in this Programme came from the Old Mutual branches in Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, South Sudan and Uganda.
This Programme was designed with the aim of sharpening board presentations skills, broadening governance acumen, gaining insights on strategy and its execution among many others. The Programme delivery included hybrid classroom sessions which included case study discussions and simulations
