OMP is specifically designed for Chief Executive Officers and Managing Directors of their own companies and senior executives who are major equity stakeholders in medium-sized companies. You will join a wide and diverse group of successful entrepreneurs for an experience that will transform and re-energize your career and company.
This programme is ideal for Entrepreneurs who own and manage Medium-sized Companies and Founders/successors of Family business companies, with an annual turnover of more than Kshs. 5 million and operational for 5 years or more.
Classes comprise between 30 and 40 participants from different industries and countries representing a wide diversity of companies, sectors and cultural backgrounds.
The key feature in the programme will be a joint-module in Lagos Business School (LBS). In this module, you as a participant will be able to share insights and knowledge with other entrepreneurs from Nigeria, as well as broaden your networks and identify opportunities to expand your business beyond East Africa
SBS and LBS faculty members join forces to offer the programme. The faculty members hold PhD’s from world-renowned institutions and are internationally acclaimed experts for their research on current business issues.
Through the integrated expertise of these two schools, participants gain a comprehensive view of business, with the distinct needs of business leaders in Africa kept sharply in focus.
