Introduction
Resource mobilization includes all the actions taken by an organization to ensure that it has the resources it needs to properly implement its strategy. A resource-mobilization strategy requires broad outreach to potential donors and partners in order to diversify the sources of support and financing.
This course is aimed at developing knowledge and skill levels requisite for effective mobilization of resources to enhance the organizational capacity to implement programmes and projects.

This course is designed for leaders to build strategic relationships with funders, resource mobilizers to pursue funding opportunities, program staff to create proposals and reports, and finance staff to develop financial proposals. Gain essential skills for effective fundraising and long-term success.

This course is targeted at Top and Middle level managers of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), State Corporations and other donor funded institutions.
It is also suitable for professionals keen on learning how to manage grants responsibly.
The course is targeted at participants from a wide range of technical backgrounds and companies, as well as from different age groups.
Programme Delivery
This course uses a variety of individual exercises, team exercises and case studies. It will be delivered by seasoned trainers who have vast experience as expert professionals in their respective fields of practice.
The mode of delivery is in-person at the SBS campus.
