It has also has ushered in a new era of economic disruption with uncertain socio-economic consequences for Africa.
More than just technology-driven change, the 4IR World presents an opportunity to help everyone to harness converging technologies in order to create an inclusive, human-centred future. It will not only augment how we work but also build new industries. Managers and executives need a paradigm shift in thinking to cope.
This programme is designed to develop and enhance future-fit capabilities in executives to enable organisations to maintain relevance and remain sustainable in a 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) World.
The programme intends to address the execution gap in complex unstable systems where technology is accelerating, and human factors are more important than ever.
The Future-Fit Management programme addresses three broad areas:
- A future-fit look at the business acumen
- Collaborative management or practical systems thinking that results in executable strategies
- Personal mastery in the context of agile ways of working and future-fit organisational cultures
This programme targets (but is not limited to) senior management executives in public and private sector organisations.
