hosted the first Ugandan Cohort of the RM DNA Programme, a Customised Programme for Relationship Managers from NCBA Group. This Programme is designed to sharpen the skills that sit at the heart of banking: how relationship managers engage with, understand, and serve their customers.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The week-long Programme brought NCBA&#8217;s relationship managers together for a series of interactive learning sessions, practical discussions, and knowledge-sharing exercises. The focus is squarely on strengthening relationship management skills, enhancing customer engagement, and building the kind of professional excellence that shows up in day-to-day interactions with customers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>For Relationship Managers, the job is rarely just transactional. It&#8217;s about understanding a customer&#8217;s needs well enough to anticipate them, building trust that holds up over time, and translating that trust into real value for both the customer and the institution. Programmes like RM DNA are built around exactly that, moving relationship management from a soft-skill nice-to-have to a structured, practised discipline.<\/p>\n<p>For SGI-Uganda, hosting this programme reflects a broader institutional belief: that continuous learning is central to building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional value to customers.
