    La semaine derni\u00e8re, nous avons organis\u00e9 un programme personnalis\u00e9 pour Kenya Airways, baptis\u00e9 \"KQ Commercial Excellence Accelerator Programme\". Ce programme visait \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le sens commercial et le leadership dans l'industrie de l'aviation. Les employ\u00e9s de Kenya Airways ont v\u00e9cu une exp\u00e9rience immersive ancr\u00e9e dans les id\u00e9es, les outils et le partage des connaissances \u00e0 travers les industries.<\/p>\n

    L'une des principales activit\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 une session avec le Dr. Julius Kipngetich, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Jubilee Group Limited. M. Kipngetich est tr\u00e8s respect\u00e9 pour son travail en mati\u00e8re de strat\u00e9gie d'entreprise, de gouvernance et de transformation. Il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une vision convaincante de l'excellence commerciale et du leadership dans un contexte dynamique. Il a invit\u00e9 l'auditoire \u00e0 repenser les fondements de la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 commerciale. M. Kipngetich a fait valoir que pour assurer une croissance durable, les entreprises ne peuvent pas s'appuyer sur des strat\u00e9gies de rabais et de r\u00e9duction des prix, qu'il a qualifi\u00e9es de destructrices pour les marques et la r\u00e9silience.<\/p>\n

    Il a \u00e9galement encourag\u00e9 les organisations \u00e0 se concentrer sur la valeur, la diff\u00e9renciation et les besoins du consommateur moderne. Sa pr\u00e9sentation \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s pertinente pour le secteur de l'aviation, qui d\u00e9pend de l'exp\u00e9rience du client, de la connectivit\u00e9 et de la fiabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

    S'appuyant sur des exemples tir\u00e9s de la nature et de l'\u00e9conomie, il a soulign\u00e9 que les industries africaines et le secteur de l'aviation ont beaucoup plus \u00e0 gagner d'un environnement collaboratif que d'un environnement concurrentiel. Pour lib\u00e9rer le potentiel du secteur de l'aviation en Afrique, M. Kipngetich estime qu'une plus grande collaboration et des plateformes partag\u00e9es sont n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    M. Kipngetich a \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la transformation num\u00e9rique. Il a fait remarquer que l'adoption de la technologie n'est plus un choix mais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les organisations qui veulent \u00eatre comp\u00e9titives dans un march\u00e9 ax\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

    De l'automatisation \u00e0 l'analyse pr\u00e9dictive en passant par l'engagement des clients par l'IA, il a exhort\u00e9 les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s \u00e0 adopter ces technologies et d'autres qui am\u00e9liorent la prise de d\u00e9cision, la productivit\u00e9 et la satisfaction des clients. \u201cLa transformation num\u00e9rique aurait d\u00fb avoir lieu hier\u201d, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, \u201cen raison du rythme des changements dans l'environnement commercial mondial\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n

    M. Kipngetich a \u00e9galement abord\u00e9 l'aspect plus humain et culturel de la r\u00e9ussite organisationnelle. Il a mis en \u00e9vidence cinq \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s d'un leadership r\u00e9ussi :<\/p>\n
