informatique bourdonne d'\u00e9nergie, les apprenants se rassemblant autour des \u00e9crans lumineux. Au c\u0153ur de ce nouvel enthousiasme se trouvent les S\u0153urs du Verbe Incarn\u00e9. L'une d'entre elles passe d'un \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 l'autre, les guidant gentiment et leur montrant comment utiliser un clavier, d'une voix calme et encourageante. Elle pointe du doigt l'\u00e9cran. Non loin de l\u00e0, une autre s\u0153ur observe un groupe d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves qui s'exercent \u00e0 leurs premi\u00e8res t\u00e2ches num\u00e9riques. Pour beaucoup de ces enfants, il s'agit de leur toute premi\u00e8re rencontre avec un ordinateur. C'est une occasion rare dans un pays o\u00f9 la plupart des \u00e9coles publiques manquent encore de ressources en mati\u00e8re de technologies de l'information et de l'informatique (TIC). Pourtant, ici, sous la direction des s\u0153urs du Verbe Incarn\u00e9, l'h\u00e9sitation fait place \u00e0 la confiance. Leur engagement a transform\u00e9 ce qui \u00e9tait une salle de classe vide en un espace de d\u00e9couverte, d'espoir et de possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guid\u00e9es par leur charisme, les S\u0153urs du Verbe Incarn\u00e9, dont le charisme est de contempler, vivre et proclamer le myst\u00e8re de l'incarnation, se consacrent depuis longtemps \u00e0 vivre parmi les n\u00e9cessiteux et \u00e0 les servir dans les communaut\u00e9s et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qu'elles desservent. Pour elles, le minist\u00e8re est plus qu'un simple service ; c'est un t\u00e9moignage vivant de l'amour et de la pr\u00e9sence de Dieu parmi ceux qui en ont le plus besoin. \u00c0 Molo, une ville marqu\u00e9e par les violences post-\u00e9lectorales de 2007 et 2008, le travail des s\u0153urs t\u00e9moigne de la r\u00e9silience, de la construction de la paix et de la r\u00e9conciliation. \u2019La communaut\u00e9 est toujours sur le chemin de la gu\u00e9rison et de la reconstruction de la confiance\u201c, se souvient S\u0153ur Mwaniki, membre de la congr\u00e9gation qui travaille sans rel\u00e2che dans la r\u00e9gion. \u201dNotre seule pr\u00e9sence ici soutient ce voyage\u201c.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le chemin de la transformation n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 sans difficult\u00e9s. Lorsque les s\u0153urs ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 l'\u00e9tablissement, les inscriptions \u00e9taient modestes, avec seulement 64 \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Aujourd'hui, le nombre d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 130, une r\u00e9ussite remarquable que S\u0153ur Mwaniki attribue aux comp\u00e9tences acquises au cours de la formation du projet Sisters Blended Value Project (SBVP). \u201cLes strat\u00e9gies de marketing que nous avons acquises pendant la formation nous ont aid\u00e9es \u00e0 atteindre la communaut\u00e9 et \u00e0 communiquer la valeur de l'\u00e9ducation\u201d, note-t-elle. Le coach du SBVP a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel en les guidant pour transformer ces id\u00e9es en mesures pratiques, les aidant \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser le r\u00eave d'une \u00e9cole prosp\u00e8re qui r\u00e9pond aux besoins de ses \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parmi les diff\u00e9rentes initiatives, les cours d'informatique se distinguent. Dans une r\u00e9gion o\u00f9 l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la technologie reste limit\u00e9, ces cours attirent des \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u00e9sireux d'explorer les ordinateurs et la technologie. Cependant, les s\u0153urs continuent \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis pratiques. L'espace actuel pour l'apprentissage de l'informatique est inad\u00e9quat, obligeant souvent les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 rester debout pendant les cours, et l'\u00e9cole ne dispose que d'un nombre limit\u00e9 d'ordinateurs, dont beaucoup utilisent des logiciels obsol\u00e8tes. Malgr\u00e9 ces obstacles, les s\u0153urs restent optimistes. Leur foi et leur d\u00e9vouement les poussent \u00e0 chercher des solutions, convaincues qu'un jour elles r\u00e9aliseront pleinement leur charisme \u00e0 Molo, apportant \u00e9ducation et espoir \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u0153ur Mwaniki souligne que l'impact de la formation SBVP va au-del\u00e0 des participants. Le programme a encourag\u00e9 les s\u0153urs \u00e0 trouver de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de servir la communaut\u00e9, en promouvant la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, le leadership et la r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique. \u201cSBVP nous a permis de trouver des moyens durables de soutenir ceux qui nous entourent\u201d, explique-t-elle. Cela a permis d'aller au-del\u00e0 de la simple croissance scolaire et de renforcer l'ensemble de la communaut\u00e9. Les parents et les dirigeants locaux ont pu constater de visu que les initiatives des s\u0153urs cr\u00e9ent des opportunit\u00e9s et nourrissent les jeunes esprits, favorisant un environnement o\u00f9 les enfants peuvent r\u00eaver plus grand et viser plus haut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'engagement des S\u0153urs du Verbe Incarn\u00e9 \u00e0 vivre pr\u00e8s de ceux qui sont dans le besoin garantit que leur travail r\u00e9sonne profond\u00e9ment, touchant des vies non seulement par l'\u00e9ducation mais aussi par leur pr\u00e9sence compatissante et in\u00e9branlable.
