septembre, ils sont entr\u00e9s dans plus qu'une simple salle de classe ; ils se sont embarqu\u00e9s pour un voyage d'une semaine o\u00f9 l'apprentissage, la culture et le d\u00e9veloppement personnel se sont conjugu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Pour la cohorte de l'Advanced Management Programme (AMP) de la Strathmore Business School, le module international de l'IESE Business School, qui s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 du 22 au 26 septembre, a \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience marquante qui a montr\u00e9 ce que signifie diriger au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Premier jour : Tendances macro\u00e9conomiques, strat\u00e9gie et connexion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le premier lever de soleil du module \u00e0 Barcelone a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 une session sur les perspectives \u00e9conomiques mondiales, au cours de laquelle les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 guid\u00e9s \u00e0 travers les flux commerciaux changeants, les pressions inflationnistes, la volatilit\u00e9 des devises et le d\u00e9licat exercice d'\u00e9quilibre auquel les \u00e9conomies \u00e9mergentes doivent se livrer face aux vents contraires mondiaux. Cette s\u00e9ance a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'occasion de rappeler que tout dirigeant ambitieux doit comprendre les vents du changement qui soufflent au-del\u00e0 de ses fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>La classe s'est ensuite pench\u00e9e sur un cas strat\u00e9gique intitul\u00e9 \u201cCr\u00e9er de la valeur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'expansion internationale\u201d. Ce cas exigeait des participants qu'ils diss\u00e8quent les choix d'entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9, la gouvernance des alliances, l'adaptation locale et l'att\u00e9nuation des risques.<\/p>\n<p>Plus tard, la cohorte a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un atelier intitul\u00e9 \u201cComprendre les diff\u00e9rences entre les pays\u201d. Ici, les dimensions culturelles, les cadres institutionnels, les barri\u00e8res r\u00e9glementaires et les normes informelles ont pris vie dans des tableaux et des d\u00e9bats sur le moment de la normalisation et de l'adaptation.<\/p>\n<p>Le soir venu, la cohorte s'est retrouv\u00e9e, cette fois avec des casseroles, des recettes et des rires. En petites \u00e9quipes, les participants ont pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des plats espagnols, compar\u00e9 leurs notes sur les styles de leadership et appris que la collaboration ne se limite pas aux diapositives de la salle de conf\u00e9rence. Le d\u00eener a suivi \u00e0 la Cookiteca de Poble Espanyol, un village architectural de Barcelone qui recr\u00e9e l'essence des nombreuses r\u00e9gions d'Espagne, une toile de fond id\u00e9ale pour les histoires, les amiti\u00e9s et les visions partag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Deuxi\u00e8me jour : Simulation, innovation et vision institutionnelle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si le premier jour a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l'orientation, le deuxi\u00e8me jour a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 aux m\u00e9canismes du leadership. Les participants se sont livr\u00e9s \u00e0 une simulation d'entreprise \u00e0 l'aide de briques LEGO. Le troisi\u00e8me jour, apr\u00e8s les visites d'entreprises du matin, la cohorte s'est immerg\u00e9e dans La Merc\u00e8, le festival d'une semaine qui honore la sainte patronne de Barcelone, la Vierge de la Mis\u00e9ricorde. La Merc\u00e8 est l'une des plus grandes c\u00e9l\u00e9brations de la ville et propose plus de 600 \u00e9v\u00e9nements gratuits, des spectacles de rue aux tours humaines (castellers), en passant par les feux d'artifice, la danse et les spectacles de lumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s s'\u00eatre impr\u00e9gn\u00e9 de l'\u00e9nergie du festival, le groupe s'est rendu en p\u00e8lerinage au mus\u00e9e du FC Barcelone. Le Camp Nou \u00e9tant en cours de r\u00e9novation, le mus\u00e9e propose une plong\u00e9e dans l'histoire, les valeurs et l'importance mondiale du club. Pour beaucoup, les histoires de \u201cplus qu'un club\u201d n'ont pas seulement r\u00e9sonn\u00e9 avec les troph\u00e9es, mais aussi avec l'identit\u00e9, la raison d'\u00eatre et la connexion.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>IA, leadership et avenir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans la derni\u00e8re ligne droite, les sessions se sont tourn\u00e9es vers l'avant. Les \u00e9tudiants se sont plong\u00e9s dans l'intelligence artificielle non pas en tant qu'observateurs passifs, mais en tant qu'utilisateurs. Ils ont d\u00e9couvert des applications pratiques : outils de productivit\u00e9, aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision et utilisation de l'IA comme multiplicateur d'efficacit\u00e9. Le concept d'ing\u00e9nierie des requ\u00eates a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont les dirigeants peuvent \u00e9laborer des requ\u00eates, guider des mod\u00e8les et extraire des informations significatives.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants ont ainsi entrevu l'avenir du leadership : l'humain plus la machine, l'intuition enrichie par les donn\u00e9es, l'\u00e9thique comme garde-fou.
