    Cette semaine a marqu\u00e9 une \u00e9tape importante dans le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership au sein de l'industrie financi\u00e8re ougandaise. Le Strathmore Global Institute - Uganda (SGI-Ug), en partenariat avec l'Association des banquiers ougandais (UBA), a organis\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s le premier programme de leadership pour les directeurs ex\u00e9cutifs des institutions financi\u00e8res membres.<\/p>\n

    Ce programme de deux jours a r\u00e9uni des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs pour une exp\u00e9rience immersive de r\u00e9flexion approfondie, d'apprentissage par les pairs et de dialogue strat\u00e9gique. Les sessions ont offert aux directeurs ex\u00e9cutifs une occasion rare d'\u00e9changer des id\u00e9es sur la gouvernance d'entreprise, le leadership ex\u00e9cutif et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de la prise de d\u00e9cision au plus haut niveau.<\/p>\n

    Les sessions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9es par Caesar Mwangi, doyen ex\u00e9cutif de la Strathmore University Business School (SBS), Kellen Eileen Kariuki, doyen associ\u00e9 de la SBS, Susan Wamae, coach ex\u00e9cutif hautement qualifi\u00e9 de la SBS, et Anthony Kituuka, pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif du Novetat Group et membre de la facult\u00e9 de la SBS. Les animateurs se sont appuy\u00e9s sur leur vaste exp\u00e9rience pratique pour inciter les participants \u00e0 repenser le leadership, \u00e0 renforcer les pratiques de gouvernance et \u00e0 naviguer en toute confiance dans des dynamiques organisationnelles complexes.<\/p>\n

    \n

    Dans son discours d'ouverture, Julius Kakeeto, pr\u00e9sident de l'UBA, a soulign\u00e9 les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s du leadership au sommet, notant que m\u00eame s'il semble lucratif, il peut souvent \u00eatre \u201csolitaire, stressant et difficile\u201d. Il a soulign\u00e9 que ce programme est une plateforme essentielle pour l'apprentissage entre pairs, permettant aux directeurs ex\u00e9cutifs d'acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles perspectives aupr\u00e8s de formateurs et de professeurs de pratique de classe mondiale. \u201cC'est l'occasion d'explorer les questions de gouvernance \u00e9mergentes, de se comparer \u00e0 ses pairs et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 son parcours personnel et professionnel de dirigeant\u201d, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Cette initiative pionni\u00e8re est plus qu'un programme de formation ; il s'agit d'un investissement strat\u00e9gique dans l'excellence du leadership. En cr\u00e9ant un espace permettant aux cadres de renforcer la gouvernance, de g\u00e9rer les relations avec les parties prenantes et de s'adapter \u00e0 un paysage financier en rapide \u00e9volution, SGI-Ug et UBA ont \u00e9tabli une nouvelle r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership en Ouganda.<\/p>\n

    Le Strathmore Global Institute - Ouganda, reste engag\u00e9 dans la co-cr\u00e9ation d'exp\u00e9riences d'apprentissage impactantes avec les parties prenantes de l'industrie.
