    Au cours d'une session qui a suscit\u00e9 la r\u00e9flexion et l'engagement cr\u00e9atif, la consultante strat\u00e9gique Sonia Fevre a invit\u00e9 les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 explorer le pouvoir de l'imagination en tant qu'outil de leadership, de changement des syst\u00e8mes et de r\u00e9imagination de la voie \u00e0 suivre par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Sonia, qui poss\u00e8de une riche exp\u00e9rience en anthropologie sociale, en collaboration transdisciplinaire et en facilitation, travaille \u00e0 l'intersection de la r\u00e9flexion sur l'avenir, des approches syst\u00e9miques et de l'apprentissage par le jeu pour soutenir des pratiques de leadership plus inclusives et participatives.<\/p>\n

    Au cours de cette session, Sonia a guid\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 travers un voyage immersif dans les futurs possibles et souhaitables, en se concentrant sur deux th\u00e8mes essentiels et d'actualit\u00e9 : L'avenir du travail et L'intelligence artificielle et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. En s'appuyant sur des connaissances incarn\u00e9es et intuitives, ainsi que sur des donn\u00e9es et des observations, les \u00e9tudiants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 imaginer des sc\u00e9narios qui refl\u00e8tent non seulement les d\u00e9fis, mais aussi les espoirs qu'ils associent \u00e0 ces sujets.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Travaillant en groupes, les participants ont d'abord identifi\u00e9 les inqui\u00e9tudes et les anticipations positives autour de leur th\u00e8me. Ils ont ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9s d'\u00e9laborer et de jouer une courte pi\u00e8ce de th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u00e9peignant un avenir dystopique ou optimiste.<\/p>\n

    Les sc\u00e9narios sont aussi convaincants que contrast\u00e9s. Dans The Future of Work (L'avenir du travail), une vision intimidante \u00e9mergeait, dans laquelle les individus travaillaient de mani\u00e8re isol\u00e9e, enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9pendants d'\u00e9crans et d'outils num\u00e9riques, sans contact humain direct pendant de longues p\u00e9riodes. \u00c0 l'inverse, l'avenir auquel on aspire d\u00e9peint une vie plus joyeuse et plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e : travail \u00e0 temps partiel, temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la famille, \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 - mettant en lumi\u00e8re une \u00e9conomie qui ne se d\u00e9finit pas uniquement par la productivit\u00e9, mais par le bien-\u00eatre humain.<\/p>\n

    Le groupe charg\u00e9 d'\u00e9tudier l'intelligence artificielle et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a dress\u00e9 un portrait effrayant d'une IA qui aurait mal tourn\u00e9, o\u00f9 des robots asservis se seraient retourn\u00e9s contre l'humanit\u00e9. Pourtant, leur vision alternative montrait une int\u00e9gration beaucoup plus optimiste de l'IA : une int\u00e9gration o\u00f9 la technologie soutient, plut\u00f4t qu'elle ne remplace, l'interaction humaine - en aidant \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions, en am\u00e9liorant les divertissements et en compl\u00e9tant le travail et la vie de famille.<\/p>\n

    La mise en sc\u00e8ne et le visionnage de ces repr\u00e9sentations ont offert une puissante opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9flexion, ouvrant une discussion anim\u00e9e sur le r\u00f4le de l'imagination et de l'espoir en tant que comp\u00e9tences de leadership essentielles. Sonia a soulign\u00e9 que la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 envisager d'autres avenirs - au-del\u00e0 de ceux fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s par les r\u00e9cits des m\u00e9dias ou les mod\u00e8les soci\u00e9taux d\u00e9pass\u00e9s - est cruciale pour ceux qui cherchent \u00e0 diriger et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er le changement. Elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le concept d\u201c\u201davenirs utilis\u00e9s\" (S. Inayatullah) <\/em>se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant \u00e0 des visions dominantes qui ne nous servent plus, il a exhort\u00e9 les \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 cultiver des \u201cavenirs alternatifs\u201d qui les inspirent et leur donnent les moyens d'agir.<\/p>\n

    La session s'est achev\u00e9e sur un constat commun : l'avenir n'est pas fig\u00e9. Que nous soyons \u00e9tudiants, professionnels, militants ou citoyens, nous avons tous un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer pour fa\u00e7onner le monde dans lequel nous voulons vivre, par nos choix, notre travail et notre imagination collective.<\/p>\n

    La session de Sonia a rappel\u00e9 \u00e0 point nomm\u00e9 que la construction d'un avenir meilleur commence par le courage de l'imaginer et que l'imagination, associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la collaboration et \u00e0 l'action, est l'un des outils les plus puissants dont nous disposons.<\/p>\n
