Master of Management in Agribusiness Programme ont visit\u00e9 l'Universit\u00e9 Harper Adams au Royaume-Uni pour leur module international. L'universit\u00e9 Harper Adams est l'un des principaux \u00e9tablissements d'enseignement et de recherche agricoles du Royaume-Uni. Cette exp\u00e9rience immersive \u00e9tait plus qu'un voyage d'\u00e9tude, c'\u00e9tait une plong\u00e9e profonde dans la dynamique mondiale qui fa\u00e7onne l'agro-industrie moderne.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant cinq jours transformateurs, les \u00e9tudiants ont explor\u00e9 divers sujets afin d'enrichir leur compr\u00e9hension des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires mondiaux et du leadership dans des environnements agricoles complexes. Ils ont notamment abord\u00e9 les tendances mondiales de l'agroalimentaire, la technologie agricole, l'intelligence culturelle et la dynamique du pouvoir, le commerce international en abordant divers sujets tels que les devises, le risque de change et l'effet de levier de l'investissement, ainsi que le leadership, la gestion et la navigation dans des syst\u00e8mes complexes.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Le m\u00e9lange unique de capacit\u00e9s analytiques, d'\u00e9conomie comportementale et d'affaires du MMA, contextualis\u00e9 dans la relation en constante \u00e9volution entre la terre, l'agro-industrie et le commerce mondial. Alors que les syst\u00e8mes alimentaires mondiaux sont de plus en plus sollicit\u00e9s - en raison du changement climatique, de la croissance d\u00e9mographique et du besoin de durabilit\u00e9 - des programmes comme le MMA sont essentiels pour doter les futurs dirigeants du secteur agroalimentaire des comp\u00e9tences et de l'\u00e9tat d'esprit qui leur permettront de diriger de mani\u00e8re responsable.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>L'un des temps forts du module a \u00e9t\u00e9 la visite du UK Agri-Tech Centre, un centre d'innovation agricole de classe mondiale situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Harper Adams. Le centre est \u00e0 l'avant-garde de la mise en place d'un syst\u00e8me agroalimentaire productif, rentable et durable - les piliers m\u00eames de l'avenir de l'agriculture.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudiants ont \u00e9galement visit\u00e9 J.M. Bubb &amp; Son, une exploitation locale de pommes de terre et de fleurs \u00e0 Newport, au Royaume-Uni. Comptant parmi les 250 producteurs qui fournissent McCain, l'exploitation montre que m\u00eame les producteurs de niche font partie de vastes cha\u00eenes de valeur mondiales. La branche florale de l'entreprise, Shropshire Petals Ltd, est tout aussi impressionnante. Elle est connue pour avoir fourni du bl\u00e9 s\u00e9ch\u00e9 pour tous les bouquets des Jeux olympiques et paralympiques de 2012 \u00e0 Londres.<\/p>\n<p>Le module ne serait pas complet sans une visite \u00e0 <strong>Old Trafford<\/strong>, Le stade de Manchester United, l'embl\u00e8me de la ville, a ajout\u00e9 une dimension culturelle et historique \u00e0 l'exp\u00e9rience. Au-del\u00e0 de son importance en tant que plus grand stade de football du Royaume-Uni, le site symbolisait le pouvoir mondial de la marque, de l'h\u00e9ritage et du leadership, qui sont tout aussi essentiels dans l'agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que le module international touchait \u00e0 sa fin, nous avons c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 le parcours de nos \u00e9tudiants - un parcours qui a \u00e9largi leur vision du monde, aiguis\u00e9 leurs comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de leadership et approfondi leur engagement en faveur de l'agro-industrie durable.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme MMA continue de se distinguer comme une exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage qui allie le sens des affaires, l'esprit d'entreprise agricole et une vision interdisciplinaire.
