organis\u00e9 la Journ\u00e9e annuelle de l'entreprise familiale et la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des dipl\u00f4mes du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement de l'entreprise (EDP) et du Programme ex\u00e9cutif de l'entreprise familiale. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, qui s'est tenu \u00e0 l'auditorium TransCentury de la SBS, a rassembl\u00e9 des propri\u00e9taires d'entreprises familiales, des dirigeants de PME et des leaders d'opinion autour du th\u00e8me suivant <strong>\u201c<em>Garantir les h\u00e9ritages : Naviguer dans la transition, la confiance et la transformation des entreprises familiales\u201d.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plus qu'une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 un forum de dialogue, de mentorat et d'inspiration. Il a mis en lumi\u00e8re les d\u00e9fis r\u00e9els et urgents auxquels sont confront\u00e9es les entreprises familiales et les PME en Afrique, notamment en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance, de succession et de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Kihumba, fondateur et pr\u00e9sident de Nesim Limited, a prononc\u00e9 un discours liminaire convaincant, exhortant les entreprises familiales \u00e0 concevoir des syst\u00e8mes de gouvernance conformes \u00e0 leurs valeurs et \u00e0 leur vision.
