1200px\" \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>En ao\u00fbt 2024, 23 femmes leaders de Diageo ont entrepris un voyage de transformation dans le cadre du programme de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership f\u00e9minin (BLOOM) - un programme de formation des cadres sur mesure con\u00e7u pour cultiver l'excellence en mati\u00e8re de leadership au sein de Diageo.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme a rassembl\u00e9 des femmes dirigeantes de Diageo dans huit pays africains - Kenya, Ouganda, Tanzanie, Nigeria, Seychelles, Afrique du Sud, Ghana et Cameroun - et leur a offert une exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage intensive et \u00e0 fort impact, con\u00e7ue pour renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s de leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier module du programme a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 virtuellement en ao\u00fbt 2024, suivi du deuxi\u00e8me module en septembre 2024, \u00e9galement virtuel. L'exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage a culmin\u00e9 avec le dernier module, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9 en personne \u00e0 la Strathmore University Business School (SBS) \u00e0 Nairobi. Cette structure a permis aux participants d'acqu\u00e9rir \u00e0 la fois des connaissances th\u00e9oriques et des comp\u00e9tences pratiques en mati\u00e8re de leadership, favorisant ainsi la collaboration transfrontali\u00e8re et les exp\u00e9riences d'apprentissage partag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long du programme, les participants ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances de coaching en leadership, de prise de d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique et de d\u00e9veloppement personnel, ce qui leur a permis d'acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour naviguer dans des environnements commerciaux complexes et conduire des changements significatifs au sein de Diageo et au-del\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme s'est achev\u00e9 par une vibrante c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des dipl\u00f4mes et un d\u00eener qui ont eu lieu le jeudi 6 f\u00e9vrier 2025 au Radisson Blu Hotel, Upper Hill.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de remise des dipl\u00f4mes, Mapula Wanjau, directrice des ressources humaines pour l'Afrique chez Diageo, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une vue d'ensemble du projet BLOOM, soulignant son impact sur le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership des femmes et les progr\u00e8s accomplis pour favoriser la diversit\u00e9 et l'int\u00e9gration des femmes au sein de l'organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Le discours d'ouverture a \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9 par Jane Karuku, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du groupe et PDG d'EABL, qui a soulign\u00e9 l'importance des femmes dans le leadership et le r\u00f4le de l'apprentissage continu dans la r\u00e9ussite de l'entreprise.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Alors qu'elles entrent dans la phase suivante de leur parcours de leadership, ces femmes sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 avoir un impact durable au sein de Diageo et au-del\u00e0 -
