    L'\u00e9conomie florissante de la Tanzanie est aliment\u00e9e par ses petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) et ses entreprises sociales, qui sont des moteurs essentiels de la cr\u00e9ation d'emplois et du d\u00e9veloppement durable. Contribuant pour environ 35% au PIB du pays et employant plus de 20% de la main-d'\u0153uvre, ces entreprises servent de moteurs essentiels \u00e0 la croissance, en particulier dans des secteurs tels que l'agriculture, l'industrie manufacturi\u00e8re, le commerce et les services. Cependant, malgr\u00e9 leur r\u00f4le important, les PME tanzaniennes sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis permanents, notamment un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 au financement, \u00e0 l'expertise technique et aux opportunit\u00e9s de march\u00e9, ce qui entrave leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 \u00eatre comp\u00e9titives dans l'\u00e9conomie mondiale.<\/p>\n

    Reconnaissant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d'un soutien cibl\u00e9, le Strathmore Global Institute, Tanzanie, en collaboration avec le projet Blended Value des S\u0153urs, a organis\u00e9 la 2024 Tanzania Annual SME and Social Enterprises Conference & Expo \u00e0 l'h\u00f4tel Dar es Salaam Serena le vendredi 21 septembre 2024. Sous le th\u00e8me \u2019Empowering Tanzanian SMEs and Social Enterprises for the Future\u201c, l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a rassembl\u00e9 des entrepreneurs, des d\u00e9cideurs politiques, des chefs d'entreprise et des experts de l'industrie pour explorer des strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer le potentiel du secteur des PME en Tanzanie.<\/p>\n

    \n

    La conf\u00e9rence s'est concentr\u00e9e sur l'exploration de strat\u00e9gies de croissance \u00e9conomique par l'innovation, l'\u00e9tablissement de partenariats financiers et la promotion de r\u00e9seaux de mentorat et de collaboration. Un accent particulier a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur l'autonomisation des femmes et des jeunes entrepreneurs, dont l'inclusion est essentielle au progr\u00e8s socio-\u00e9conomique de la nation.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Dans son discours d'ouverture, Angela Ndunge, membre de la facult\u00e9 et chercheuse principale du Sisters\u2019 Blended Value Project (SBVP), a mis les participants au d\u00e9fi d'adopter un \u00e9tat d'esprit orient\u00e9 vers les affaires et de consid\u00e9rer l'adversit\u00e9 comme une opportunit\u00e9. Angela Ndunge a encourag\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 rester r\u00e9silients face aux d\u00e9fis, soulignant que la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s'adapter et \u00e0 pivoter pendant les p\u00e9riodes difficiles est la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s commercial \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n

    Vincent Ogutu, vice-chancelier de l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore, a lanc\u00e9 un appel visionnaire en faveur d'un leadership ax\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes. \u201cNous avons le pouvoir de r\u00e9soudre nos probl\u00e8mes\u201d, a-t-il fait remarquer, exhortant les entrepreneurs \u00e0 s'attaquer de mani\u00e8re proactive aux d\u00e9fis qui se posent \u00e0 leurs communaut\u00e9s. Son message a trouv\u00e9 un \u00e9cho profond, rappelant aux participants que l'innovation et les solutions locales sont essentielles \u00e0 une croissance durable.<\/p>\n

    Oscar Kisanga a soulign\u00e9 l'importance de la recherche et de la formation pour favoriser une croissance continue dans le secteur des PME. Il a fait remarquer que l'apprentissage et le d\u00e9veloppement ne devraient pas seulement favoriser l'avancement personnel, mais aussi contribuer au progr\u00e8s national. M. Kisanga a encourag\u00e9 les entrepreneurs \u00e0 rechercher les opportunit\u00e9s inexploit\u00e9es en Tanzanie et \u00e0 les mettre au service de la croissance, en soulignant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de l'apprentissage tout au long de la vie et de l'am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n
