    Vendredi dernier, nous avons officiellement conclu un partenariat strat\u00e9gique avec Jubilee Insurance afin d'am\u00e9liorer les possibilit\u00e9s d'apprentissage et de d\u00e9veloppement pour leurs clients, leurs partenaires, leur personnel et les affili\u00e9s du R\u00e9seau Aga Khan de d\u00e9veloppement (AKDN).<\/p>\n

    Cette collaboration t\u00e9moigne d'une approche proactive visant \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner l'avenir de l'\u00e9ducation et du d\u00e9veloppement professionnel. En combinant nos diverses expertises, nous visons \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des initiatives percutantes qui stimulent l'innovation et favorisent la croissance au sein de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n

    Caesar Mwangi, doyen ex\u00e9cutif de l'\u00e9cole de commerce de l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore, a soulign\u00e9 l'importance des partenariats entre le monde universitaire et l'industrie lors de la signature du protocole d'accord.<\/p>\n

    Les principaux domaines d'intervention de ce partenariat sont les suivants :<\/p>\n

    Recherche et d\u00e9veloppement (R&D)<\/strong>. Dans ce cadre, les deux organisations collaboreront sur des projets conjoints visant \u00e0 relever des d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l'industrie, en facilitant l'innovation et en cr\u00e9ant des solutions qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront aux deux organisations.<\/p>\n

    Formation et d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong>. L'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore proposera des programmes de formation sur mesure pour am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences des employ\u00e9s et des affili\u00e9s, en veillant \u00e0 ce qu'ils disposent des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences les plus r\u00e9centes pour s'\u00e9panouir sur un march\u00e9 de l'emploi en \u00e9volution rapide.<\/p>\n

    \u00c9change de connaissances<\/strong>. Les deux organisations organiseront des ateliers, des conf\u00e9rences et des s\u00e9minaires auxquels participeront des experts de l'industrie et des professeurs d'universit\u00e9 afin de promouvoir une culture de l'apprentissage continu et de la collaboration.<\/p>\n

    D\u00e9veloppement des programmes d'\u00e9tudes<\/strong>. Ensemble, les parties cr\u00e9eront des programmes \u00e9ducatifs et des cursus adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l'industrie et aux besoins actuels du march\u00e9, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les apprenants re\u00e7oivent des connaissances pratiques et applicables.<\/p>\n

    Possibilit\u00e9s de stage et d'emploi<\/strong>. Ce partenariat facilitera la cr\u00e9ation de programmes de stages pour les \u00e9tudiants universitaires et les campagnes de recrutement organis\u00e9es par l'universit\u00e9, comblant ainsi le foss\u00e9 entre l'\u00e9ducation et l'emploi.<\/p>\n

    Ce partenariat souligne non seulement notre engagement en faveur de l'excellence \u00e9ducative, mais vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 responsabiliser les professionnels et \u00e0 enrichir nos communaut\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce au partage des connaissances et des ressources.
