Cette \u00e9cole de taille modeste, qui accueille des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la petite section \u00e0 la septi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour ses normes \u00e9ducatives \u00e9lev\u00e9es, ce qui en fait un \u00e9tablissement recherch\u00e9. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la demande croissante, la congr\u00e9gation s'est lanc\u00e9e dans un ambitieux projet d'expansion visant \u00e0 doubler la capacit\u00e9 d'accueil. Cette croissance offre davantage d'opportunit\u00e9s d'emploi aux enseignants et au personnel de soutien et g\u00e9n\u00e8re des revenus suppl\u00e9mentaires pour soutenir les activit\u00e9s de la congr\u00e9gation.<\/span><\/p>\n

    La m\u00e8re sup\u00e9rieure, S\u0153ur Banda, a exprim\u00e9 sa profonde gratitude pour la formation transformatrice re\u00e7ue de l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore dans le cadre du projet \"Sisters Blended Value\" (SBVP). Elle a soulign\u00e9 que le programme lui a permis d'acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences essentielles en mati\u00e8re de gestion d'entreprise sociale, en mettant l'accent sur la collaboration, le travail en r\u00e9seau et la gestion de projets professionnels. Ces comp\u00e9tences ont permis de faire avancer les initiatives de la congr\u00e9gation. La formation a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l'importance de la gouvernance d'entreprise et de la budg\u00e9tisation professionnelle, ce qui a permis d'am\u00e9liorer consid\u00e9rablement la gestion financi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    S\u0153ur Mary Claire, \u00e9conome g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la congr\u00e9gation, a soulign\u00e9 les avantages de l'expansion de l'\u00e9cole du couvent de l'Annonciation. L'augmentation du nombre d'\u00e9l\u00e8ves g\u00e9n\u00e9rera plus de revenus et fournira des moyens de subsistance \u00e0 un plus grand nombre d'enseignants et de travailleurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux. Ce coup de pouce financier est essentiel pour couvrir les d\u00e9penses op\u00e9rationnelles de la congr\u00e9gation, notamment la nourriture, les soins m\u00e9dicaux et l'\u00e9ducation des s\u0153urs.<\/span><\/p>\n

    En outre, S\u0153ur Claire a reconnu l'impact transformateur de la formation SBVP sur leurs pratiques de gestion financi\u00e8re. Les s\u0153urs ont adopt\u00e9 des pratiques plus diligentes en mati\u00e8re de tenue des comptes et de budg\u00e9tisation, garantissant ainsi une utilisation efficace et transparente des fonds.<\/span><\/p>\n

    S\u0153ur Prudence Nsenge a fait part de ses exp\u00e9riences positives avec le SBVP. Lorsqu'elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9e d'identifier une entreprise sociale avec laquelle collaborer pendant la formation, elle et ses pairs se sont concentr\u00e9s sur l'apostolat de l'\u00e9ducation. Ils ont choisi d'\u00e9tendre l'\u00e9cole du couvent Notre-Dame de l'Annonciation comme projet principal. La formation leur a permis d'acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences pratiques en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9daction de propositions de projets, de recherche de fonds et de gestion financi\u00e8re professionnelle, qui se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es cruciales pour la mise en \u0153uvre de leurs plans.<\/span><\/p>\n

    S\u0153ur Nsenge, un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9silience, a soulign\u00e9 l'importance de la gouvernance d'entreprise dans la gestion de leurs institutions. Inspir\u00e9e par la formation, elle a mis en \u0153uvre un projet autonome de production d'\u0153ufs dans sa communaut\u00e9. Cette initiative, qui t\u00e9moigne de leur r\u00e9silience, vise \u00e0 soutenir la communaut\u00e9 pendant les p\u00e9riodes difficiles, telles que la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 et les \u00e9pid\u00e9mies de chol\u00e9ra, en garantissant un approvisionnement alimentaire r\u00e9gulier et une stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n

    L'impact transformateur de la formation SBVP de l'Universit\u00e9 de Strathmore sur les Servantes de la Bienheureuse Vierge Marie de Lusaka est \u00e9vident.
