Avec plus de 25 ans d'exp\u00e9rience dans la gestion des ressources humaines (RH) et plus de huit ans en tant que coach de cadres, Catherine Wahome est un pilier de l'excellence dans ces deux domaines. Son parcours a commenc\u00e9 par une plong\u00e9e dans les subtilit\u00e9s des RH, o\u00f9 elle a perfectionn\u00e9 ses comp\u00e9tences en tant que praticienne et conseill\u00e8re. Tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re, Catherine a travers\u00e9 divers secteurs, du public au priv\u00e9, laissant une marque ind\u00e9l\u00e9bile partout o\u00f9 elle est pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Catherine a port\u00e9 de nombreux chapeaux, notamment celui de conseill\u00e8re technique pour la gestion et le d\u00e9veloppement des ressources humaines au sein du minist\u00e8re de la fonction publique, du genre, des affaires des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et des programmes sp\u00e9ciaux, o\u00f9 elle a mis son expertise au service de l'\u00e9laboration des politiques et des pratiques. Elle a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 directrice, formatrice et coach au CDI-Africa Coaching Group, o\u00f9 elle a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans le d\u00e9veloppement des coachs ex\u00e9cutifs et la multiplication de l'impact sur le leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Sa passion pour le coaching va au-del\u00e0 de ses activit\u00e9s professionnelles. En tant que coach certifi\u00e9e ICF en leadership ex\u00e9cutif et en efficacit\u00e9 organisationnelle, elle s'est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 aider les individus et les organisations \u00e0 maximiser leur potentiel. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses s\u00e9ances de coaching, Catherine donne aux dirigeants les moyens de relever les d\u00e9fis, d'atteindre l'excellence et d'assurer une croissance durable.<\/p>\n<p>Les praticiens des ressources humaines et les professionnels de l'apprentissage et du d\u00e9veloppement peuvent grandement b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du coaching.
