leaders enriches the educational experience and ensures that graduates are well-equipped to meet the demands of the workforce.<\/p>\n<p>It is against this backdrop that Strathmore University Business School organized an MBA Employers Engagement Forum, an event that brought together employers and business leaders to share insights on the current SBS MBA Programme content and give industry perspectives and trends that need to be included in the curriculum.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Incorporating industry perspectives also strengthens the relevance and credibility of Masters\u2019 courses. Further, integrating industry perspectives into academic courses helps bridge the gap between academia and industry. This allows them to tailor their curriculum to address current and future skill shortages, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of the workforce and contribute meaningfully to their chosen fields.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>About the <a href=\"https:\/\/sbs.strathmore.edu\/fr\/programmes-universitaires\/mba-for-executives\/\">MBA for Executives Programme<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The MBA for Executives Programme is designed for CEOs and Executives with at least 2 years of managerial experience, and wish to broaden their knowledge, skills and expertise.
