    C'est dans le cadre paisible du Ciela Resort \u00e0 Lusaka, en Zambie, que le Sisters Blended Value Project (SBVP) a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 la remise des dipl\u00f4mes des s\u0153urs. Dans son allocution de bienvenue, Angela Ndunge, doyenne adjointe de l'\u00e9cole de commerce de l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore, s'est d\u00e9clar\u00e9e tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re des r\u00e9sultats exceptionnels obtenus par les s\u0153urs dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es ce jour-l\u00e0, soulignant leur parcours exigeant mais gratifiant. Saluant leur travail acharn\u00e9 et leur d\u00e9vouement, Mme Ndunge a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es pour leurs r\u00e9alisations.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Le projet Sisters Blended Value est mis en \u0153uvre par l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore en partenariat avec l'Association des femmes consacr\u00e9es d'Afrique orientale et centrale (ACWECA) et financ\u00e9 par la Fondation Conrad N. Hilton. Il s'agit d'une exp\u00e9rience opportune et enrichissante pour les participants. Comme l'a exprim\u00e9 S\u0153ur Clare Moomba, pr\u00e9sidente nationale de l'Association zambienne des s\u0153urs (ZAS), on ne peut que souligner la nature transformatrice du projet Sisters Blended Value, qui favorise l'autosuffisance des femmes religieuses. Selon S\u0153ur Clare, le SBVP permet aux s\u0153urs d'utiliser les revenus locaux gr\u00e2ce aux principes appris de l'entreprise sociale. \u201cLe dipl\u00f4me nous invite \u00e0 exploiter les ressources locales en appliquant les concepts novateurs que nous avons acquis. Gr\u00e2ce aux entreprises sociales, nous pouvons amplifier notre impact sur le plan \u00e9conomique et en tant qu'agents de changement positif dans nos communaut\u00e9s\u201d.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

    S\u0153ur Juunza C. Mwangani, administratrice principale de l'h\u00f4pital de la mission de Monze en Zambie et responsable des subventions pour l'agriculture \u00e9cologique, a racont\u00e9 comment elle a tir\u00e9 parti de la formation dispens\u00e9e par le SBVP pour r\u00e9diger des propositions pour son projet de plusieurs millions de dollars en Zambie. Elle a exhort\u00e9 les s\u0153urs \u00e0 d\u00e9passer les approches traditionnelles et les a encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 adopter l'esprit d'entreprise. \u201cUtilisons les comp\u00e9tences que nous avons acquises pour d\u00e9velopper des entreprises qui s'alignent sur notre mission, contribuant ainsi aux objectifs plus larges de l'\u00c9glise. Le parcours SBVP n'est pas seulement une r\u00e9ussite acad\u00e9mique ; c'est un appel \u00e0 l'action, une invitation \u00e0 lancer des initiatives durables qui refl\u00e8tent notre d\u00e9vouement \u00e0 l'\u00e9vang\u00e9lisation\u201d.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

    L'enrichissement personnel dont les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s ont fait l'exp\u00e9rience est un th\u00e8me commun. S\u0153ur Maria Shawa, des Religieuses de la Charit\u00e9, qui a particip\u00e9 au programme de gestion \"Fondements de l'entrepreneuriat social\", a not\u00e9 qu'elle avait acquis des comp\u00e9tences essentielles telles que la n\u00e9gociation, les prouesses manag\u00e9riales, la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et une communication efficace, et qu'elle avait approfondi sa compr\u00e9hension de personnalit\u00e9s et de dynamiques diverses. Ces comp\u00e9tences, acquises gr\u00e2ce au SBVP, ont trouv\u00e9 une application pratique au-del\u00e0 de l'entreprise sociale, am\u00e9liorant les interactions quotidiennes et contribuant au d\u00e9veloppement global de leurs instituts et de leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n

    En Zambie, 18 s\u0153urs ont particip\u00e9 au programme de direction et de gestion des entreprises durables (LMSEP), 19 au programme de gestion des entreprises sociales (MSEP), 23 au programme de gestion des fondements de l'entrepreneuriat social (FSEMP) et 6 au programme de coaching des cadres.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    \u00c0 la fin de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie, Nancy Njiraini, responsable des \u00e9tudes et de la recherche pour le projet Sisters Blended Value, a soulign\u00e9 l'impact durable que les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s auraient sur leurs communaut\u00e9s, en insistant sur le fait que leurs nouvelles connaissances et comp\u00e9tences n'\u00e9taient pas seulement destin\u00e9es \u00e0 leur d\u00e9veloppement personnel, mais aussi \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Le projet Sisters Blended Value a ind\u00e9niablement permis \u00e0 une cohorte d'individus remarquables de s'\u00e9manciper, en les dotant des outils n\u00e9cessaires pour diriger avec foi, compassion et innovation. Leurs parcours t\u00e9moignent du pouvoir de transformation de l'\u00e9ducation.
