de Tanzanie, classe 2023, ont visit\u00e9 la Strathmore University Business School (SBS) pour leur module r\u00e9gional. Cette cohorte a un riche m\u00e9lange de participants, comprenant des membres du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif, des directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, des directeurs, des directeurs de l'exploitation, des directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et d'autres dirigeants de haut rang de divers secteurs en Tanzanie.<\/p>\n<p>Anim\u00e9 par SBS, en collaboration avec la table ronde des PDG de Tanzanie, CAP vise \u00e0 cultiver les talents locaux et l'expertise en mati\u00e8re de leadership en Tanzanie, en r\u00e9duisant la d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des expatri\u00e9s pour les r\u00f4les cl\u00e9s de l'organisation.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ce module a permis aux participants d'acqu\u00e9rir une compr\u00e9hension approfondie du paysage commercial au Kenya et en Afrique de l'Est. Cette orientation strat\u00e9gique s'aligne sur les objectifs plus larges du programme, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les participants acqui\u00e8rent des connaissances sur les march\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux, en favorisant une perspective holistique et bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e sur la dynamique des entreprises.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La collaboration entre la Strathmore Business School et la CEO Roundtable of Tanzania souligne l'engagement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un leadership local fort, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 la croissance et \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme des entreprises tanzaniennes. Gr\u00e2ce au CAP, les participants b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient non seulement de la rigueur acad\u00e9mique du programme, mais aussi d'une exposition \u00e0 divers environnements d'entreprise, ce qui enrichit leur parcours de leadership et les pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis d'un poste de direction.<\/p>\n<p>En savoir plus sur le Strathmore Global Institute -
