Strathmore University Business School (SBS) a organis\u00e9 une formation sur mesure pour 35 participants du Private Agricultural Sector Support (PASS) Trust, Tanzanie, dans le cadre du programme Financing Agribusiness Value Chains. Ce programme sur mesure a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour PASS Trust, avec les participants suivants : 2 directeurs, des responsables de zone et des responsables du d\u00e9veloppement commercial.<\/p>\n<p>L'objectif principal de cette formation \u00e9tait de doter les participants d'une compr\u00e9hension globale des cha\u00eenes de valeur de l'agro-industrie, d'un aper\u00e7u des perspectives des agriculteurs et de comp\u00e9tences leur permettant d'affiner leurs structures de service. Elle visait \u00e9galement \u00e0 doter les participants des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques pour minimiser les risques associ\u00e9s au r\u00f4le d'interm\u00e9diaire de PASS Trust, en facilitant les connexions entre les agriculteurs et les institutions financi\u00e8res, et en renfor\u00e7ant en fin de compte leur soutien au secteur agricole.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>PASS Trust fournit des services de garantie de cr\u00e9dit agro-industriel aux agriculteurs de Tanzanie par l'interm\u00e9diaire de diverses institutions financi\u00e8res. En tant qu'interm\u00e9diaire financier, PASS collabore avec de multiples entit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res afin de rationaliser l'acc\u00e8s des agriculteurs au cr\u00e9dit pour les activit\u00e9s agro-industrielles.
