    \u00c9cole de commerce de l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore et <\/strong>L'Association des FPI du Kenya (RAK) \u00e9tablit un partenariat strat\u00e9gique pour la croissance des FPI<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Mardi, 12th <\/sup>Septembre 2023 a marqu\u00e9 le d\u00e9but d'un nouveau voyage pour la Strathmore University Business School et la REITs Association of Kenya (RAK), afin de collaborer \u00e0 la recherche et aux efforts connexes qui favoriseront la croissance des fonds d'investissement immobilier (REIT) au Kenya.
    \nCette collaboration verra les deux organisations s'associer dans plusieurs initiatives cl\u00e9s visant \u00e0 favoriser des engagements mutuellement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des r\u00e9seaux strat\u00e9giques et \u00e0 des ressources partag\u00e9es.
    \nCe partenariat servira \u00e9galement de plateforme pour l'\u00e9change de connaissances et d'informations concernant les exp\u00e9riences novatrices et les questions de d\u00e9veloppement cruciales li\u00e9es aux fonds d'investissement immobilier (FPI). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces efforts, les deux parties travailleront ensemble \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'une main-d'\u0153uvre plus qualifi\u00e9e et pleine de ressources, tout en s'attaquant aux probl\u00e8mes cruciaux du march\u00e9 immobilier kenyan. La collaboration vise essentiellement \u00e0 faciliter l'\u00e9change de connaissances et d'informations, \u00e0 tirer parti d'exp\u00e9riences novatrices et \u00e0 aborder des questions de d\u00e9veloppement cruciales li\u00e9es aux fonds d'investissement immobilier (FPI).<\/p>\n

    Angela Ndunge, doyenne adjointe de la Strathmore University Business School, a soulign\u00e9 l'engagement de l'universit\u00e9 \u00e0 former de grands dirigeants africains au fil des ans. \u201cDepuis la cr\u00e9ation de l'\u00e9cole de commerce de l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore en 2005, nous avons constamment form\u00e9 de nombreux cadres d'entreprise dans le cadre de cours internationaux de gestion et de leadership sur le continent africain\u201d, a-t-elle fait remarquer.<\/p>\n

    Kenneth Masika, pr\u00e9sident de la REITs Association of Kenya, a exprim\u00e9 son enthousiasme pour cette collaboration : \u201cNous sommes ravis de nous lancer dans ce partenariat novateur avec l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore. Gr\u00e2ce aux efforts combin\u00e9s de notre expertise et de nos ressources, nous sommes convaincus que notre collaboration servira de catalyseur pour une transformation, une innovation et une croissance substantielles dans le secteur de l'immobilier.\u2019<\/p>\n

    Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces efforts concert\u00e9s, la Strathmore University Business School et la REITs Association of Kenya travailleront en harmonie pour former une main-d'\u0153uvre plus qualifi\u00e9e et pleine de ressources.<\/p>\n
