Conscient de cet imp\u00e9ratif, le Strathmore Global Institute de Tanzanie a mis en place un programme de formation pour les cadres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 JTI.<\/p>\n<p>Ce programme personnalis\u00e9, baptis\u00e9 \"High Impact Leadership Programme\", a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u exclusivement pour les dirigeants visionnaires de Tanzania Cigarette Public Limited Company (JTI) et s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 les 23 et 24 ao\u00fbt 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Sous la banni\u00e8re de l'engagement de Strathmore en faveur de l'excellence en mati\u00e8re de leadership, ce programme de deux jours a marqu\u00e9 un moment d\u00e9cisif pour les participants. L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9ticuleusement con\u00e7u pour doter les managers des connaissances, des comp\u00e9tences et de l'\u00e9tat d'esprit n\u00e9cessaires pour relever les d\u00e9fis complexes du monde de l'entreprise moderne.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme visait \u00e0 renforcer les comp\u00e9tences de leadership des gestionnaires et \u00e0 les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 passer au niveau sup\u00e9rieur. Voici quelques-uns des points forts du programme :<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>L'autodirection : Naviguer dans la boussole int\u00e9rieure<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le voyage vers un leadership efficace commence \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de soi. Le segment \"Self Leadership\" du programme a encourag\u00e9 les managers JTI \u00e0 s'introspecter, \u00e0 aligner leurs valeurs et \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir leur potentiel de leadership int\u00e9rieur. Gr\u00e2ce au programme, aux sessions interactives et au coaching de groupe personnalis\u00e9, les participants se sont embarqu\u00e9s dans un voyage de d\u00e9couverte de soi, se dotant des outils n\u00e9cessaires pour diriger \u00e0 partir d'une position d'authenticit\u00e9. Tout en am\u00e9liorant la collaboration.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Excellence op\u00e9rationnelle : Am\u00e9liorer l'efficacit\u00e9 et l'efficience<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L'excellence op\u00e9rationnelle est le fondement d'un leadership r\u00e9ussi. Les participants se sont plong\u00e9s dans les subtilit\u00e9s de l'optimisation des processus, de l'am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9 et de la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs strat\u00e9giques. En adoptant des pratiques et des m\u00e9thodologies de pointe, les managers de l'ITC ont acquis les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour diriger leurs \u00e9quipes vers l'ach\u00e8vement op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em>Diriger les autres dans un monde agile : Accepter le changement<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans le paysage commercial dynamique d'aujourd'hui, l'adaptabilit\u00e9 est primordiale. Les participants ont appris \u00e0 cultiver une culture qui favorise l'innovation, l'inclusion et l'engagement des employ\u00e9s.
