national d'Amboseli au d\u00e9but du mois. Le programme d'une semaine comprenait des sessions de cours et des simulations de conseils d'administration. Parmi les sujets abord\u00e9s, citons : la prise de d\u00e9cision fond\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es, l'IA et le conseil d'administration, les vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s du conseil d'administration et le leadership en cas de crise, entre autres. Le module s'est achev\u00e9 par un safari et un d\u00eener dans la brousse.<\/p>\n<p>Ce module \u00e9tait le dernier module du programme avant la remise des dipl\u00f4mes, pr\u00e9vue pour le 2 d\u00e9cembre 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme de leadership pour les femmes administrateurs est un programme incisif qui vise \u00e0 mettre l'accent non plus sur les raisons pour lesquelles les femmes devraient si\u00e9ger dans les conseils d'administration et les postes de direction, mais sur la mani\u00e8re dont elles devraient s'y prendre pour atteindre l'excellence en mati\u00e8re de conseil d'administration et de direction. Ce programme est id\u00e9al pour les femmes au niveau de la C-suite, du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif et du conseil d'administration avec au moins deux ans d'exp\u00e9rience au sein d'un conseil d'administration, qui souhaitent d\u00e9velopper de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie et intentionnelle des comp\u00e9tences de ma\u00eetrise de soi et des comp\u00e9tences pour diriger efficacement des \u00e9quipes \u00e0 haute performance et si\u00e9ger au sein de conseils d'administration avec excellence personnelle.
