Between 29th to 31st August 2022, we trained 17 upcoming CEOs in Cohort III of the CEO Apprentice Programme (CAP) Tanzania. Of the 17 participants, four were from the public sector while 13 were from the private sector.<\/p>\n

The CEO Apprenticeship Programme (CAP) is a 12-month Programme designed to identify and attract experienced Tanzanian executives within the public and private sectors with a career path towards becoming C-Level executives. The Programme\u2019s key objective is to create highly competent, experienced and visionary Tanzanian leaders who are ready to take on the CEO positions across various industries both regionally and globally.<\/p>\n

The CEO Apprentice Programme is offered by Strathmore University Business School in partnership with the CEO Roundtable of Tanzania. Applications for Cohort 4 open on 22nd October 2022.
