derni\u00e8re, nous avons form\u00e9 20 cadres sup\u00e9rieurs de la CRDB Bank, en Tanzanie, dans le cadre d'un programme intitul\u00e9 Executive Leadership Programme (ELP).<\/p>\n<p>L'Executive Leadership Programme est un programme personnalis\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour renforcer les comp\u00e9tences de leadership des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs de la CRDB Bank Tanzania.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation a marqu\u00e9 le deuxi\u00e8me module du programme et s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e sur le campus de SBS \u00e0 Nairobi. Les domaines cl\u00e9s de ce module \u00e9taient la prospective industrielle, la r\u00e9flexion strat\u00e9gique et l'ex\u00e9cution de la strat\u00e9gie, tout en examinant les domaines de l'avenir du travail.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme de trois jours s'est achev\u00e9 par une session d'orateurs invit\u00e9s, Rita Okuthe, anciennement de Safaricom PLC et actuelle pr\u00e9sidente de Kenya Pipeline Corporation (KPC), qui a parl\u00e9 de l'importance de l'innovation, du leadership et du changement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 propos de l'\u00e9cole de commerce de l'universit\u00e9 de Strathmore<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans son effort pour transformer le leadership en Afrique au 21\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, nous avons pris la responsabilit\u00e9 d'influencer le leadership des secteurs public et priv\u00e9 sur le continent. Telle est la mission primordiale de SBS : servir la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en d\u00e9veloppant des programmes internationaux de gestion d'entreprise et de leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la r\u00e9gion de l'Afrique de l'Est, nous avons trois acad\u00e9mies r\u00e9gionales visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences et les talents en mati\u00e8re de gestion et de leadership dans la r\u00e9gion : l'Acad\u00e9mie de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership en Tanzanie et l'Acad\u00e9mie de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership au Rwanda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la SBS Tanzania Leadership Development Academy, nous proposons une gamme de programmes de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership, du niveau d\u00e9butant jusqu'au poste le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sident ou de directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l'organisation.
