    It was all pomp and colour on Friday 10th December 2021 as we graduated 172 participants from various Executive Leadership and Management Programmes. The participants represented the Executive Education classes of 2020 and 2021 and were drawn from various sectors in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and Tanzania.<\/p>\n

    The seven Executive Leadership Programmes graduating were: the Advanced Management Programme, Senior Management Leadership Programme, Programme for Management Development, Owner Manager Programme, Managing Healthcare Businesses, Leading High Performing Healthcare Organizations and Hospital Management for Healthcare Professionals Programme.<\/p>\n

    The keynote speaker, Dr Caesar Mwangi, Chairman of the Strathmore Education Trust (SERT) and CEO ICEA Lion Group, celebrated the leaders on their graduation. “I am humbled to be a witness to see this vision unfolding today, through the determination and efforts of the men and women of the Strathmore Community who have persevered through many hardships to serve society and pave the way for our future leaders to build a better Africa,” he noted.<\/p>\n

    Speaking during the graduation ceremony, Strathmore University Business School Executive Dean, Dr. George Njenga highlighted the importance of leadership and the critical role that leaders play in effecting change in their communities and the country at large. “Leadership begins when you finally step out and change your community and eventually you transform the whole country,” he noted.<\/p>\n

    Hearty congratulations to the graduates from the classes of 2020 and 2021 who have broken many barriers over the past two years during a time of global crisis and adversity to build their futures through education. You are a shining example of resilience and determination!<\/p>\n
