August 2021, SBS in partnership with the CEO Roundtable Tanzania officially launched the CEO Apprentice Programme (CAP) 2021. The launch marks the beginning of a 12-month learning journey for the participants of this year\u2019s cohort.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking during the launch, SBS Executive Dean, Dr. George Njenga noted, &#8220;transfer of skills, knowledge and know-how will empower the next generation across Tanzania and East Africa to become future leaders.
