Description <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The primary objective of the strategy and leadership hub is to promote research, academic excellence, pedagogical innovation and professional practice in the areas of Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing and leadership. The Strategy and research hub\u00a0aims at establishing close relationships with local and international firms to serve as a platform for discussing issues of importance to our hub members, firms and Africa at large.<\/p>\n

The Strategy and Leadership hub aims to engage in three types of research \u2013 client-based research, academic research and policy driven research.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Areas of focus <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Media audience and followership research.<\/li>\n
  2. Business startup strategy and success analysis.<\/li>\n
  3. Organizational skills gap analysis<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Value proposition <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    The hub aims at leveraging the excellence in teaching at the executive education and academic levels to promote research, academic excellence, pedagogical innovation, consultancy and professional practice in the areas of Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing and Leadership in Africa and the rest of the world.<\/p>\n
