Programme Objectives

Blended Learning

The training is online, broken down into:

  • 90% 0nline learning
  • 10% face to face learning ( 2 days at the beginning of the course –November 1st and 2nd, 2017- for the introduction to the course environment and two days – May 30th and 31st, 2018 after the course for review and soft skill training)

Modules Covered

  1. Quality Management
  2. Health Economics and Commodity Management
  3. Human resource for Health Management
  4. Financial accounting and controlling
  5. Health Information Management
  6. Leadership, Management and Governance of Hospitals

Each Module has 12 lessons requiring a total of 20 hours.

The workload consists of:

  1. Self Study
  2. Assignments discussion forum (chat)
  3. Reading assignments

A seventh module (soft skills) is delivered face-to-face over 2 days.
