Fleet management is one of the most demanding jobs in the transport industry. It requires expert knowledge, continuous knowledge improvement, resilience and excellent people skills. It\u2019s a fast-paced industry with random advances in vehicles and logistics systems which means fleet managers have to continuously adapt.<\/p>\n
Fleet and transport management includes many functions, including vehicle finance and maintenance, vehicle tracking and tracing, driver management as well as fuel and health and safety management.<\/p>\n<\/div>
The fleet management course will start by outlining what efficient fleet management entails. The training course then describes the components of stringent fleet and driver safety programs and experiment with different capital budgeting and distribution routing techniques.<\/p>\n
